Nylon Tubing
Our most popular type of tubing is nylon – available in semi-rigid or flexible form. UK manufactured to DIN74324 and DIN7338. Heat and light stabilised in all colours. Buy our Nylon Tube in 30 metre or 100 metre rolls here.
Size range: 4mm o/d to 28mm o/d metric and 1/8” o/d to 1/2" o/d imperial
Colour options: Natural (opaque) and 12 colour options
Working pressure: 12 bar to 65 bar (flexible) and 20 bar to 104 bar (semi-rigid)
Working temperature: minus 40 to plus 110 degrees Celsius
Typical application: piping of pneumatic components using either push-in or compression fittings.
Polythene Tubing
Polythene tubing is a low cost, low pressure alternative to our flexible nylon tubing. Available in low, medium and high density options (low being the most popular). UK manufactured. UV stable in black only.
Size range: 4mm o/d to 12mm o/d metric and 3/16inch o/d to 1.1/2” inch o/d imperial
Colour options: Natural and 5 colour options
Working pressure: 10 bar
Working temperature: 20oC
Typical application: low pressure pneumatic applications. Suitable for use with compression and push-in fittings
Reinforced PVC Braided Hose
Reinforced PVC braided hose has excellent resistance to abrasion.
Size range: 1/8inch o/d to 2inch o/d
Colour options: Natural colour but blue, black, red, green and yellow are available in 1/4inch to 1 inch bore
Working pressure: 5 bar to 15 bar
Working temperature: -20oC to +55oC
Typical application: A wide variety of shop floor applications, pharmaceuticals and, in natural only, transfer of food substances and liquids.
